Joscelyn and her husband, Josh, got their start flipping homes—a hands-on background that revealed a need for high-quality, accessible staging. Today, Joscelyn brings that market insight and design passion to every project, helping sellers showcase their home’s full potential.

Christy Santos

Christy brings a rare combination of architectural design, interior design, and real estate expertise to Rain City Staging. As Director of Architecture for Sage Homes Northwest and Director of Design for Thomas James Homes, she led residential design teams and oversaw the complete design process—from architectural planning and building design to interior specifications, finishes, and selections. Today, as a Windermere real estate broker, she adds a deep understanding of what buyers notice and what makes a property stand out in the market. Christy’s ability to see the big picture—and the details that bring a home together—allows her to create thoughtful, cohesive spaces that showcase a property’s potential, elevate its presentation, and ultimately help maximize its market appeal.
